By appointment only. Instead of a traditional front desk, we have an open lounge with coffee, tea, water, and snacks for our clients to relax in until the service provider retrieves them for their appointment.
If you are booking sauna or red light, this must also be done in advance.
Minimum 2 hours in advance for all bookings.
Therapeutic Massage, Custom Facials, Hypoallergenic Waxing, Organic Body Scrubs and Wraps, Halotherapy Salt Cave, Infrared Sauna, and Full Body Red Light, with many options for combinations, add-ons, and upgrades.
We require a card on file for all bookings in the event of late cancellations or no shows. We do not charge you for your service prior to your appointment, you may use the card on file or any payment option that you wish at checkout after your service is complete. We accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept Apple Pay or personal checks.
Please give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise we charge a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service price, up to $40 total.

If you aren’t able to make it in, no worries! Your credit is banked for future use at any time within the next year. Service credits roll over, sauna/RLT credits do not.
Our online booking widget does not automatically apply member pricing to your service(s), but rest assured your credit will be applied, or your price will be adjusted during checkout if you've already used your credit(s) for that month. We are always able to see that you have an active membership at the checkout stand.
You are welcome to come in as often as you'd like at member price! If you've already used your credit(s) during the current billing cycle, you will be charged out of pocket for the session.
Gift cards, package and membership credits expire one year after purchase date.
Lateness is handled on a case by case basis. If you are late, you can generally expect reduced service time unless your provider does not have another appointment directly after you and is willing to provide the entire service. If for any reason your provider is late or unable to attend the appointment, you will be fairly compensated.
We can directly accept some of these cards and payments, and for those we cannot directly accept we have many clients that get receipts from us for reimbursement.
