We are a cozy, community-oriented wellness space in Ashland, VA. We are here to provide results-driven therapeutic care or relaxing, rejuvenating treatments tailored to your needs. Our mission expands beyond services to preserve and embellish local color by developing a peaceful, nonjudgmental third space with complimentary wellness resources; offering services within an affordable model that enables clients to integrate them into a self-care routine instead of having them as an occasional luxury; and forming partnerships with neighboring small businesses to bolster regional economic interconnectedness.
We are by appointment only, and in lieu of a traditional front desk, we have a comfy lounge with refreshments for you to enjoy while you wait for your service provider.

My name is Julie, I’m a licensed massage therapist devoted to creating and allowing space for deep relaxation, nervous system repair, and meaningful reconnection with the body.
Since graduating from the Cayce Reilly School of Massage in 2017, my path has been guided by my passion for the art of healing, learning and educating ever since.
My work blends therapeutic touch, intuition and energy awareness, guided by the deep belief in the body’s natural ability to heal and that every body holds profound wisdom when we slow down enough to listen.
This Fall I am excited to be embarking on my next adventure in the form of nursing school, this time, to pursue more ways to assist people on their healing journeys.
Beyond the treatment room, I’m someone who deeply values connection, kindness, compassion and joy. I cherish time spent with my boyfriend, our families and our friends. I try and make it a priority to explore at least one new place each year through travel. I love the energy of live sports, the magic of music and live shows, and moments filled with laughter, lightness and presence. At the core of everything I do, both personally and professionally is a desire to bring love, light, and healing into this world, one intentional moment at a time.

I have advanced certifications in cupping and love incorporating it while I work to take your relief to the next level. Hi, I’m Kristina! I was drawn to massage therapy through my curiosity about the human body and a genuine desire to help people feel better, move more comfortably, and find relief from everyday tension. I attended American Spirit Massage and became a Virginia Licensed Massage Therapist in 2025 and am excited to bring my intuitive touch to the team.
I believe every massage should be tailored to the person on the table. I enjoy blending focused therapeutic work with relaxing techniques to create a session that meets you where you are—whether you’re seeking recovery or simply need time to slow down and unwind.
Outside of massage, I enjoy swimming, rock climbing, and spending time with friends. I'm excited to be on the team at Revival Spa and look forward to helping you feel more comfortable, relaxed, and at home in your body.

Hi, I'm Kacie, and I will have been practicing as a Master Esthetician for 10 years come this September.
I am a Graduate of both VCU and Lotus Professional College, having received both my Bachelor's and Master's of Science Degrees in Sociology, with a Religious Studies Minor, from VCU, and both a Licensed Esthetician, and a Licensed Master Esthetician, through the Lotus College.
As an ME, I enjoy performing all facials, but especially the more advanced services, like peels, microdermabrasion treatments, nano-needling, and dermaplaning, to name a few. In past places of employment, I have been given the title of the "Dermplane Queene". I also enjoy mixing it up and performing the occasional body treatments, like body wraps and scrubs. There is nothing that makes me happier than being in service to others, helping others to feel more confident in the skin they are in. There is nothing more satisfying than helping my clients reach their skin care goals, and for them to see actual results in the hard work they put forth in the self-care ritual of a good skin care routine, both in the treatment room and at home.
When not in the treatment room caring for my clients, I enjoy spending time with what is most important to me in life, my family and friends. I am creative, enjoying all the creative and performing arts, like theatre, television, film, dance, singing, etc. When not at home, you can find me at a museum, attending a concert, or at the cinema. I love reading and writing. I enjoy long walks out in nature and riding her bike. One of my most favorite things to do is to travel. Fun facts: I am a local, professional, and published model. I love to dance, all kinds of dance, especially ballroom with her husband of 15 years. I have danced with fire!

Hi there! I’m Sidney, a licensed Master Esthetician. I am a graduate of Lotus Professional College and an Ashland native!
I strive to help clients meet their goals, whether that means targeting specific concerns or to simply relax. I enjoy combining advanced modalities with a thorough facial massage to give clients a results-driven experience. I have a special interest in educating my clients, so they can not only maintain their results at home, but also have the knowledge to feel confident in their skin on a daily basis.
In my free time, I enjoy riding my horse and spending time with my two chocolate labs. I also have a special love for the beach and try to visit often!
Lindsey Erin Haberman, Licensed Massage Therapist & Licensed Esthetician, Owner.

My name is Lindsey, I am a licensed massage therapist and esthetician. I will still be working in the treatment room alongside other service providers as I develop the space over a series of exciting phases! I can perform anything from light to firm pressure depending on your needs. The modalities that I most often employ in the massage room are trigger point therapy, Swedish, myofascial release, cupping, and scraping. I have completed advanced certifications for cupping, and for trauma informed bodywork, always striving to provide a safe space for survivors seeking somatic work as part of their wellness journey. I use my dual licensure to perform sculpting buccal facials, and massages and facials that seamlessly blend together without my client having to get off of the table.
I completed my studies at Germanna Community College, Lotus Professional College, and The Chrysm Institute of Esthetics. I am committed to lifelong continuing education, with a plan to begin nursing school in the summer of 2027 so I can incorporate IV therapy and advanced esthetics treatments once I have an ADN, then begin working on the path to a PMHNP degree to develop my business into an all encompassing wellness centre for the mind, body, and soul.
I will always do my best to make sure our space feels cozy, accommodating, and nonjudgemental for our staff and our clients. I opened Revival Spa in October 2024 with little funding or support, and have continuously reinvested most of the earnings into furthering its development since then. I have been truly blown away by how it has grown, the support and feedback we've received, and the incredible clients and staff it has attracted. We have secured SBA funding as we enter our third year in business, and have some exciting new amenities on the way this fall! I am grateful every day for the opportunity to develop this space and contribute to the wellbeing of everyone who comes through our doors.
In my free time, I love studying spirituality, religion, philosophy, psychology, and integrative medicine. I also like writing, listening to comedy, drawing, growing mushrooms and herbs, attending live music events and festivals of all different genres, and cuddling with Uma, with my pet kitty! VA born and raised.

I have two beautiful daughters, four perfect grandchildren, and a rambunctious puppy named Sage, who has brought both chaos and laughter into our home.
