Swedish
Swedish massage is a relaxing, therapeutic massage technique that uses long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and rhythmic movements to ease muscle tension, encourage circulation, and promote full-body relaxation. This versatile approach can be customized from light to moderate pressure, making it ideal for clients experiencing everyday stress, general muscle tightness, or physical and mental fatigue.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release massage is a therapeutic technique that focuses on restrictions within the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles and other structures throughout the body. Using slow, sustained pressure and stretching techniques, your massage therapist works to improve tissue mobility and address areas that feel tight, restricted, or uncomfortable. Myofascial release can be especially beneficial for clients with chronic pain.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage MLD massage is a specialized, gentle massage technique designed to encourage the natural movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. Using light, rhythmic movements, the therapist follows lymphatic pathways to support healthy lymphatic flow and help manage temporary swelling or fluid accumulation. Unlike deep tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage uses very light, slow pressure.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage uses slow, focused pressure to address deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. This therapeutic massage technique is commonly used for persistent muscle tension, tight shoulders, back discomfort, overworked muscles, and areas of chronic stiffness. Our massage therapists customize deep tissue techniques based on your comfort level and the specific areas requiring attention.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy massage focuses on specific areas of muscular tension—often referred to as "knots" or trigger points—that may cause discomfort locally or refer sensation to another area of the body. Your massage therapist applies focused, controlled pressure to these areas to encourage the muscle tissue to relax and reduce patterns of tension.
Prenatal
Prenatal massage is tailored to the changing body of an expecting mother, and uses light-to-medium pressure, supportive pillows, and side-lying positions to safely relieve muscle tension, lower back pain, and swelling.
Aromatherapy
Your choice of essential oil to provide soothing scents during your service.
Hot Stones
Heated, smooth stones are used throughout the massage to melt away stress, muscle tension, and boost circulation.
Scraping/IASTM
Smooth-edged metal tools mobilize the tissues to break up fascial adhesions, increase circulation, and reduce muscle pain, and tension. While it is an excellent choice for dressing deeper adhesions and improving mobility, scraping can break capillaries and is not recommended for clients seeking relaxation.

Smooth, heated bamboo tools are rolled and kneaded over the body to deliver consistent warmth while allowing for deeper, more precise pressure than hands alone. The gentle heat helps relax tight muscles, increase circulation, and soften fascia, making this service ideal for chronic tension, athletic recovery, and stress relief. Long, flowing strokes promote full-body relaxation, while targeted techniques address stubborn knots.
Rejuvenating Eye Mask - $10
Enjoy a rejuvenating heated eye mask during your service. Soothes facial tension and sinus pressure.
Cupping - $10
Cupping massage is a therapeutic technique using suction cups on the skin to increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation. It lifts rather than compresses tissues to relieve pain, improve mobility, and break up adhesions.
